In This Role, You Will
- Own the completion of large, complex statistical models of healthcare service utilization that are published annually in the MCG care guidelines
- Create analytical solutions such as benchmarks and other statistical models that provide customers with useful insights regarding utilization, healthcare delivery processes, and outcomes
- Work with large public and proprietary databases to measure the services used by patients and the health outcomes achieved by them
- Identify and drive process improvement in data analytics/SQL/Python
- Design models/tools that can be used by Sales and other partners
- Identify sources of data that can drive further insights for our customers
- Supervise work of other analysts as required on a project-by-project basis
We'd Love To Hear From You If
- Related bachelor’s degree (master’s degree is a plus) and 6+ years of related experience in healthcare data analysis
- You possess a solid understanding of SQL and/or Python, with 5+ years of experience
- You have a proven track record to prioritize work assignments and meet productivity and quality standards
- You have proven the ability to work concurrently on diverse projects. Maintain high standards for accuracy, integrity, productivity, and confidentiality.
- You have knowledge of analytic techniques and metrics used in the analysis of healthcare service data, including knowledge of healthcare data coding systems and common administrative data formats
- You embody a collaborative, teammate mentality with a passion for using data to advise decisions
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills

This is a remote position.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $66,000 to $129,000, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc.
