Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics
- Hybrid Schedule, working onsite 2-3 days per week. Full Time, Monday-Friday

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of advanced marketing models and analytics to drive our marketing strategy and optimize our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for marketing campaign analytics, multi-touch attribution, funnel analytics, growth analytics, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science and analytics, extensive experience in marketing analytics, and proven leadership capabilities.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Guide the design and implementation of predictive models to support marketing strategies, including customer segmentation, propensity modeling, and customer lifetime value (CLV) analysis.
- Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning algorithms to optimize marketing efforts and drive business growth.
- Analyze direct mail campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI.
- Utilize A/B testing and other experimental designs to measure the effectiveness of direct mail initiatives.
- Develop models to predict response rates and conversion rates for direct mail campaigns.
- Develop and refine multi-touch attribution models to understand the impact of different marketing channels on customer conversions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and integration for attribution analysis.
- Conduct and oversee funnel analysis to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement at each stage of the customer journey.
- Provide strategic insights on conversion rates and recommend strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase conversions.
- Analyze growth metrics and identify key drivers of business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and monetization.
- Analyze results from creative tests in marketing campaigns to determine the effectiveness of different creative approaches.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing team based on creative testing outcomes.
- Collaborate with creative teams to optimize content based on data-driven insights.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
- Present complex data analysis in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align data science initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and professional development of team members.
- Ensure the team delivers high-quality, timely, and actionable insights to drive marketing strategies.
An Ideal Candidate Looks Like This:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with a focus on marketing analytics.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with SQL and data manipulation.
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn).
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong statistical and analytical skills, with experience in experimental design and A/B testing.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Marketing Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Experience with multi-touch attribution models and funnel analytics.
- Specific experience with direct mail marketing campaigns is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with creative testing methodologies and analytics.
- Leadership Skills:
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
