As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll launch Account Based Marketing campaigns, campaigns into new verticals/industries, and strategic growth experiments. This role reports to the Director of Performance Marketing and will work cross-functionally with our content, design, and web development teams.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with sales and SDRs to launch tailored, multi-channel ABM campaigns.
- Run point on a variety of different growth experiments, with a focus on moving quickly to verify each hypothesis and find new areas of growth.
- Dive deep into the data to find optimization opportunities, with a focus on very specific niches of the market - our strategy is about quality over quantity.
- For the right candidate, you will also have the opportunity to lead our Search Engine Marketing campaigns, with executional support.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of ABM/niche campaign experience and 2+ years of paid social advertising experience preferred
- Strong B2B marketing experience. Experience with sales cycles of 2-3+ months a bonus but not required.
- Experience in CRO testing/frameworks, preferably through a tool like Mutiny, Google Optimize, or VWO preferred
- Proven track record of running experiments quickly in a way that delivers reliable results that have a tangible impact on revenue.
- You know abbreviations like CAC, LTV, and ROAS and how to use them.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as a startup or high volume agency
- Self-starter and well-organized, who can deliver multiple projects dependably and independently
- Ability to research, learn, and understand buyer personas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic team player who loves to have fun!
