The Opportunity - Executive Assistant - Sales & Marketing
Wrapbook is committed to increasing the prosperity of the project economy through better financial services, starting with the entertainment industry. As we continue to expand rapidly, our Sales & Marketing orgs are looking to expand market reach and impact through this instrumental hire.
As the Sales & Marketing Assistant, you’ll provide administrative support that enables our Go To Market teams to move faster and more efficiently, with reliable data and streamlined processes that empower them to win.
This position is responsible for: CRM data entry and hygiene, spreadsheet management, metrics tracking, high-level project coordination, calendar booking, gifting, and assistance with events (internal and customer-facing). There will also be opportunities for presentation deck creation and refinement, as well as some social media and email marketing support.
About you:
You are meticulously organized, with a love of spreadsheets and a strong desire to wrangle dispersed information into consumable form. Focus is a strong suit: you’re happy to put your head down on a project for a sustained period, but equally comfortable collaborating with a team – whether “in the room” or async. You’re no stranger to design and presentation, and your report generation skills are second to none.
Beyond responding well to specific direction, you’re a self-starter: accustomed to owning a process from start to finish, and especially insistent on tying up loose ends and delivering final results that sing. Above all, you are curious: about tech, about sales and marketing, about supporting the production industry – or all of the above.
What you'll do:
Provide administrative support, including calendar and travel management, to Sales & Marketing team leads
Research new prospect accounts and leads using online resources
Assist with implementing dynamic email and social media campaigns

Proofread and post articles to an external-facing help center
Coordinate interdepartmental handoffs of information for seamless customer onboarding
Coordinate team projects and meetings, holding owners and contributors accountable for timely deliverables
Gain a working knowledge of buyer personas within entertainment production companies
Learn state-of-the-art Sales & Marketing automation software, including AI tools
Coordinate and participate in fun team-building events and activities
What you'll have:
2+ years administrative experience
Experience working in a CRM
Proven track record of boosting departmental efficiencies
Crisp metrics tracking and presentation skills
Nice to haves:
Experience with Salesforce
Experience with Google suite: particularly Sheets and Slides
Some background in film and TV production, or a related vendor
