Job Description
Ensuring the required customer quality while taking into account the company's interests and complying with regulatory requirements.
- Independently ensuring effective customer communication as well as trusting and future-oriented customer cooperation.
- Personnel management with all included individual tasks (e.g. initiate disciplinary measures, appraisal of employees, personnel development).
- Ensuring the induction, appraisal and development of employees.
- Monitoring and control of the process of handling customer complaints for continuous quality improvement of 8D reports.
- Introduce problem solutions or optimizations and track their effectiveness.
Qualifications
This role requires specialized knowledge of quality management and customer relationship management (CRM) in the pharmaceutical and medical device environment.
- Knowledge as acquired and deepened during at least 3 years of technical (professional) university studies and at least 5 years of experience in the field of quality management with management responsibility.
- 3-4 years' experience in personnel management and qualification.
- 3-4 years' using QM guidelines according to the currently valid qualification matrix.
- 4 years' experience of quality management systems.
- 2 years' experience in resource and deployment planning.
- 3 years' experience using MES, SAP, MS Office.
- 3 years' experience in leadership.
- 3 years' working with a team.
- Performance management (KPIs, performance and target control).
- Good moderation and negotiation skills.
