The Product Marketing team at BILL is the driving force behind getting products to market and growing their impact on customers and the business. We represent the voice of the customer - before, during and after launch, articulate a product’s value in a way that resonates with customers and differentiates vis-a-vis the competition, and drive product adoption, retention, and advocacy.
We are seeking a seasoned product marketer with partnership experience, capable of leading our efforts to build partnerships and programs within the fintech developer ecosystem. As the Director of Product Marketing for Partnerships, your primary responsibility will be to orchestrate go-to-market strategies and articulate the core value propositions alongside our expanding network of partners. You will collaborate with the partner marketing team and other key internal groups to ensure that key messages by persona and use case resonate to drive demand for combined solutions, generate market awareness, and drive adoption. This role necessitates a strong command of fintech market dynamics, along with exceptional skills in content development, communication, and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Create positioning & messaging - Craft compelling joint value propositions, highlighting the measurable value BILL and its partners offer across various AP/AR and Spend and Expense cases.
- Create and execute GTM plans - Orchestrate and execute product launches cross-functionally.
- Uncover market insights - Work closely with product management to share insights and drive the development of joint solutions aligned with customer needs and market demands.
- Influence product strategy & development - Support PMs, UX, and Eng in building the “right thing” for partners.
We’d Love To Chat If You Have
- Proven success developing and executing successful partner marketing strategies.
- Experience driving results with partner marketplaces.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, adept at influencing partners and stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Fintech.
- 12 years of B2B product marketing including 3 - 5 years of experience with partnerships.
