As a Vice President, Qualitative Market Research you have a strong background in the Media-Technology category. You are collaborative, have brilliant people development skills, and a bundle of knowledge to share. You love to build team talents, client loyalty and respect. You work closely with a variety of individuals from clients to understand their needs, and you excel in working with other senior Ipsos leaders to ensure brilliant research solutions to pressing client business questions.

What makes this role important at Ipsos?
As a VP, you would lead an experienced team of researchers and experts across the U.S. to service a collection tech accounts.
You will establish and merchandise our qualitative expertise and offerings in order to best meet our customers' needs in a fast-paced environment. This involves setting a strategic vision and plan for your portfolio of clients, managing and leading a cross-functional team, collaborating across our different Ipsos business units, and establishing strong credibility, relationships, and business directly with our Media-Tech clients.
What you can expect to be doing:
Client Business/Relationship Management
*Possesses strong Media-Technology sector knowledge and experience managing B2B and B2C client relationships.
*Consults with clients to identify solutions that meet their needs, focusing on strategic business knowledge and innovation.
Business Development
*Strategically seeks and secures new client relationships, highlighting competitive differentiation.
*Identifies ways to drive key business areas like B2B, AI, and DEI studies.
Internal Business Management
*Develops annual business plans to achieve significant year-over-year growth, balancing profit and pricing expectations.
*Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to address internal resourcing needs.
*Actively participates in the IUU Senior Leadership Team, contributing to key decisions and leading organizational initiatives.
Team Management
*Hires, manages, and mentors staff to develop research capabilities across products, industries, and clients.
*Identifies and trains new moderator candidates to meet technology sector needs.
Revenue and Profit Management
*Leads a client portfolio, managing revenue, profit margins, and financial targets.
*Develops and maintains partnerships with other Ipsos divisions for client management and new business.
*Oversees account/pillar finances, ensuring monthly and annual targets are met, and leads account reporting and analysis.

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
