Pay Range: $20.00 – $30.00
Listed wages are based on company-wide ranges. Actual earnings will vary based on factors such as: restaurant brand, experience, education, geography, applicable minimum wage, unit volume(s), hours worked & potential overtime pay.
Summary of Position:
As a Team Member you will be responsible for:
- Serving each guest courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude
- Filling orders
- Operating a cash register
- Using the correct tools & procedures to prepare, build and present perfect food
- Serving food that meets our quality standards
- Maintaining a clean, neat and well-stocked area so you are ready to serve guests
Qualifications:
- Good personal grooming
- Good communication and writing skills
- Good cash handling skills
- Stand up for 8 hours
- Able to lift 35-50 pounds
- Use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
