Job Description
Responsible for all results in assigned stores.
Insuring food, labor, and service goals are within target.
P&L review with direct supervisor each month.
Minimum 50-hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on-call day.
Ensure all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza Standards.
Ensure all stores are adequately staffed and train all team members.
Repair and maintenance in all stores is upheld.
Ensure all new products or ideas are implemented seamlessly.
Ensure all stores run at a minimum 4-star level.
Self OER’s are performed the 1st week of each period, and appropriate corrections are made.
Evaluations and raises are completed as needed, and paperwork is notified to D.O.
Follow through on all assignments, ensuring all reports and paperwork are submitted timely.
Ensure all reports and paperwork at the store level are complete and accurate.
Knowledge of all product and operational standards is required.
All safety and security procedures must be followed, and equipment should be in working order.
Store budgets must be maintained.
All school lunches are prepared and delivered within standards required by the school.
Provide accurate and detailed accountability and ensure a paper trail exists.
All equipment must be available and utilized correctly.
Inventory checks are performed on each store each month.
Systems checklist and visit books should be utilized and in place.
