JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Meets with client and management teams to determine needs and marketing goals from stakeholders.
- Plans and develops marketing campaigns and tactics across channels.
- Writes marketing briefs, articulates stakeholder’s goals, and identifies key messages for our in-house creative team to execute.
- Executes digital marketing campaigns, including social, digital display, and search.
- Oversees and maintains SEO on key sites.
- Continually reviews results and reports on progress towards goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage and executes marketing campaigns, including social, search, direct mail, email and in-person marketing opportunities.
- Reports and analyzes marketing results with the creative team and stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Foster and maintain collaborative marketing counsel for all entities.
- Manage resources to achieve communication goals and initiatives, including budgets. Negotiate fees and manage the work of vendors, including ad campaign buys and direct mail costs.
- Lead marketing meetings with the team and stakeholders.
COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated ability to create and achieve consensus for tactical marketing plans across channels.
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to meet multiple demands, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience building effective online and digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Demonstrated experience in project management tools such as Asana and Base Camp.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong leadership skills; ability to work with leaders, members, management, and employees.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years’ experience planning and executing marketing campaigns for non-profit organization, member/association organization, corporate communications or communications agency.
- BA in Communications or Marketing.
Experience working in:
- Project management tools such as Asana or Base Camp.
- CRMs such as SalesForce, MatrixCare, and others.
- Digital marketing tools, such as Google AdWords, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Digital asset management systems and other digital collaboration tools, such as TEAMS and BrandFolder.
