What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary global engineering team of 50+ engineers across web, mobile, and portal solutions
- Define the digital technology strategy for the common component and Patient facing digital experiences
- Formulate and lead both near-term and long-term digital product development strategies and ongoing deliveries through agile practices
- Drive meaningful integration of online and mobile experiences through personalization
- Create a Customer/Consumer focused technology culture that continuously improves performance and reliability of the sites
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 10+ years of progressive product engineering leadership experience
- 8+ years of experience leading direct to consumer digital engineering teams
- 3+ years of experience with effectively leading/managing global engineering organizations
- 3+ years of experience leading/utilizing modern software engineering technologies and practices
- Ability to drive and deliver new consumer-facing digital assets for a leading consumer brand
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Demonstrated history of applying product and engineering practices to drive business value
- Experience building digital solutions in the Retail industry
