Summary
This role is responsible for supporting and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote the iovera device effectively. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with sales objectives and market demands, ultimately driving product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Create comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to promote medical devices effectively in target markets.
- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates iovera in the market and resonates with target audiences.
- Develop high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, and product videos, to support sales efforts and enhance brand awareness.
- Partner with the digital marketing team to develop strategy for digital marketing efforts, including website management, email marketing, and social media to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using metrics such as ROI, lead generation, and customer engagement, to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of iovera and support the sales process.
- Interpret market research and analytics to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, print advertising, trade shows, and conferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, regulatory affairs, medical, learning & development, and medical education to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Support field sales Plan of Action (POA) and National Training meetings including development of agenda, meeting planning and execution of relevant content.
- Partner with agency partners to support assigned responsibilities.
- Develop and manage budget associated with defined scope.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
Interaction
The incumbent will work closely with field sales, key HCPs, cross-functional team members and agency partners.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or closely related field required
- MBA preferred but not required
- Minimum 6 years in marketing roles within the medical device industry required

The base pay range for this role in California is $112,000-$154,000 per year. This role is classified as non-exempt and eligible for over-time.
The range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. The range considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: geographic markets, business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications.
