Head of Marketing, Amazon Buy with Prime (B2B)
The Buy with Prime (BwP)/MCF team’s mission is to help merchants grow their businesses beyond Amazon.com by externalizing the best of Amazon’s supply chain and direct to consumer (DTC) services. We are looking for an experienced and customer-obsessed Marketing Leader to help us delight shoppers and merchants alike. This leader will ensure marketing plays a critical role in upstream strategy creation and aligning stakeholders as well as downstream execution of strategy with the team.
Key job responsibilities
- Global Product Marketing for Supply Chain and direct to consumer initiatives.
- Lead generation, adoption, and retention of merchants across self-service registration (SSR).
- Segment specific marketing for SMB and Enterprise merchants.
- Marketing campaigns for Prime shoppers through Amazon high velocity events like Prime Day, Merchant specific topical events, On Amazon Discovery.
- Foundational capabilities like Brand, content, Website and Insights.

Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) aims to enable organizations across the world with reliable, cost effective, and flexible end-to-end eCommerce fulfillment solutions in order to help them scale, succeed, and offer best in class experiences to their customers. MCF represents the core fulfillment capability of Buy with Prime (BwP), a new business initiative for Amazon.
- 12+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 8+ years of experience managing and developing teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Experience communicating results to leaders
- Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion
- Experience in lifecycle marketing, leads generation
- Experience leading across multiple locales
- Hands on experience of working across the various sub streams of marketing like, Brand, Digital, PMM, Insights

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $168,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $278,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
