The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to enhance our ML efforts across the organization. You will take the leading role in designing, implementing, and managing the infrastructure and processes necessary to develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain machine learning models in production. You will be in a collaborative and innovative environment partnering with the product, data science, and the rest of the engineering team to deliver the impact with the models and systems you build.
The Impact You'll Make:
- Design, build, maintain, and enhance ML infrastructure using modern open-source and third-party solutions
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Developers, and DevOps to ensure smooth development and deployment of ML models
- Work across data and services to productionize ML models in the engineering stack
- Establish monitoring and alerting systems to track model performance and detect anomalies.
- Promote the ML best practices in the org
Who You Are:
- Ph.D./M.S. in a quantitative field with 3+ years of experience or Bachelor with 7+ years of work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience building and productionizing end-to-end Machine Learning Systems
- Deep understanding of ML concepts and algorithms
- Proficient in one or more programming languages (Python, Java, and Scala)
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Familiarity with orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Prefect would be a plus
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
- Self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, drive change through influence, and collaborate effectively with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders

The estimated compensation for this role is $175,000 to $205,000
