We are seeking a highly analytical Marketing Analyst Director to join Salesforce's Next Gen Platform team and lead the charge in optimizing our marketing efforts across web, organic social, paid social, content, and more.
Your Impact
As a dedicated digital marketer who is curious, analytical, and has a passion for artificial intelligence, you'll be instrumental in identifying the best-performing assets for each audience segment across every touchpoint in the marketing funnel. You will own the digital demand generation and remarketing programs across the Salesforce product portfolio. Your core focus will be managing cross tactic performance and growth across the funnel, generating quality leads, converting pipeline, and driving business impact with our partners in Sales. You will work cross-functionally, informing strategic decision-making, while also championing a culture of testing and experimentation across all digital channels.
As a key member of the Next-Gen Platform team at Salesforce, you will:
- Lead cross-channel measurement and attribution efforts to develop a comprehensive framework that identifies the best-performing assets across channels, segmented by audience type and funnel stage.
- Unlock web traffic insights to gain a deeper understanding of user journeys and better inform website optimization efforts for improved performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests across all channels, analyzing results, and translating learnings into actionable insights.
- Build a data-driven marketing machine by working collaboratively with marketing and product teams to develop marketing strategies and tactics based on robust data analysis and business goals.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best methodologies to implement new, innovative tactics.
- Serve as an in-house expert across everything marketing analytics - from strategy to testing, execution, reporting, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and improve marketing performance through experimenting and identifying insights to inform future strategies.
- Provide regular reports, updates, and optimization recommendations to the team's external partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, with a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights.
- Expertise in designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests for digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team of marketing analysts.
- Experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns on social media platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tests simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of marketing attribution models and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mentality that can break down complex insights to be shared across a variety of audiences - both technical and non-technical.
- Strong analytical mind, driven problem-solver, and a drive to understand the why.
