About the job:
You will be leading design and execution of all marketing needs including campaign development, window and in-store signage, direct mail, web/email, creative for all social channels, advertising: print and digital, and on product packaging related design needs.
What you’ll do:
- With every project you will bring imagination, attention to detail, curiosity, passion, and patience.
- You will communicate, tell stories, be an active listener and problem solver.
- Ability to time manage and be resourceful on all design projects.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners (Visual, Copy, Merchandising, Web/Email, Social, Marketing, Store Operations, etc.), educating and advocating for the internal creative process.
- Develop, define and evolve the brand.
- Develop and maintain brand standards.
- Seasonal brainstorming meetings; guide creative development of multiple directions for the look-and-feel and art direction of campaigns, product launches, and partnerships.
- Participate in photography retouching process, image management, retouching notes, and quality control.
- Take lead in creative presentations to leadership, framing work with the creative objective, giving context to what was done previously and when creative goes live.
- Manage all external marketing needs (national advertising, direct mail, etc.) in terms of consistency, brand differentiation, and brand appropriateness and share with appropriate teams.
What you’ll bring:
- Professional graphic design experience in both print and digital mediums; retail experience preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Great attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external business partners.
- High level of proficiency in design, web, and multimedia software and applications Adobe Suite (with skill excellence in InDesign and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, PowerPoint a plus.
- BA/BFA degree in graphic design (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of printing procedures, photography, illustration, and verbal and written communication.
- A sense of humor.

Actual starting pay for this role is determined by a wide array of factors including but not limited to qualifications, experience, relevant skills, education, and geographic location.
