Research Scientist – Microbiology (Seattle, WA)
IEH Laboratories, a Leader in Food Safety, is now accepting applications for a Research Scientist – Microbiology position at its facility in Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research in food microbiology and related fields.
- Assist clients with their requested projects.
Qualifications:
- Master or PhD degree in Food Microbiology, Food Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a postdoctoral fellow.
- Highly motivated and proactive with a strong passion for food microbiology and food science.
The pay range for this position is $85,000.00 – $110,000 annually. This is a full-time position and is eligible for the following benefits after a brief waiting period: medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability insurance, 401(k), health and dependent care FSA plans, employee assistance program, 15 days of paid time off per year for sick leave and/or vacation, 3 days paid bereavement leave, and 6 paid holidays per year.
