Amazon's Softlines Private Brands (SPB) team is currently seeking a dynamic and visionary Sr. Product Manager of Launch Strategy.
As a Sr. Product Manager on the team, you will be responsible for developing and managing critical path timelines for product launches across all product categories, ensuring on-time delivery and accelerating speed to market through workflow efficiency and strong stakeholder management. This role interacts with design, business management, in-stock management, sourcing and tech teams across Amazon Private Brands.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and manage critical path timelines for product launches across various categories/workflows, ensuring on-time delivery and cross-functional coordination.
- Own and maintain multiple launch timelines, ensuring alignment and consistency across brands, categories, and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for launch tasks and processes.
- Measure and track on-time launch performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor development progress, risks, and issues, communicating regularly with senior leadership.
- Drive weekly cross-functional development check-ins, addressing potential roadblocks.
- Work with project leads to identify and mitigate risks, conducting scenario planning for successful launches.
- Organize and lead milestone meetings, managing actions, approvals, and decisions.
- Leverage experience in owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Prepare reports, identify findings, and recommend remediation strategies and solutions.
- Create and manage global cross-functional and multi-brand Go-To-Market mechanisms and product development calendars across categories/workflows.
- Possess outstanding communication and analytical skills, presenting complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Manage in-season risks, maximize opportunities, and drive process improvement for supply chain and supplier efficiency across categories/workflows.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end to end product delivery.
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience in using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvement.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
