As a Cloud Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales process by providing technical expertise and solutions to potential clients. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, develop customized cloud solutions, and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations. Your role will involve translating customer needs into technical solutions, articulating the value proposition of cloud services, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Discovery: Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and objectives. Conduct discovery sessions with potential clients to understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and desired outcomes.
- Solution Design:Design tailored cloud solutions that address customer requirements and align with their business goals. Leverage your expertise in cloud platforms and services to architect scalable, cost-effective, and secure solutions.
- Technical Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and capabilities of cloud solutions. Articulate the value proposition and benefits of cloud services to key stakeholders, including C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
- Proposal Development:Assist in the creation of proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation. Develop comprehensive solution architectures, diagrams, and cost estimates to support the sales process and win new business.
- Proof of Concept (POC): Coordinate and facilitate POC engagements to validate the feasibility and performance of proposed solutions. Work closely with customers to configure, deploy, and test cloud services in a controlled environment.
