About The Role
We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead and enhance our sales operations within the healthcare sector. This role requires a strategic leader with deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and a solid background in IT. The ideal candidate will contribute to and grow our existing efforts, focusing on innovations in contact center solutions and improving patient access. This full-time, salaried position is pivotal in shaping the direction of our sales department and ensuring our offerings meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
- Oversee and drive sales teams to achieve sales targets in the healthcare domain.
- Strong IT knowledge to integrate technological advancements into our sales strategies.
- Strong rolodex of healthcare professionals and understand their needs and tailor services accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze sales and market trends within the healthcare industry.
- Selling enhanced and streamlined contact center operations and patient access services to healthcare organizations.
- Understand and can sell IT consulting services in healthcare.
- Work with marketing on campaigns and social media.
- Drive full sales process from start to finish.
- In-depth knowledge of HubSpot.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions relevant to healthcare and sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a sales team.
- Experience in managing sales in contact center environments or patient-facing services.
