SafeBase is looking for a Director of Product to join our team as we continue to scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead our product management and product design team
- Oversee the product lifecycle from the ideation to launch, ensuring excellence at every step.
- Partner closely with Engineering to deliver innovative technology to solve customer problems at a high velocity.
- Become the ultimate advocate for our customers, ensuring their voices are heard and their problems met with groundbreaking solutions.
- Dive deep into the ecosystem, engaging with customers, industry leaders, and stakeholders to forge our product's path and seize new opportunities.
- Anticipate and react to market shifts with agility, positioning SafeBase as a leader in a competitive landscape.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches and market penetration.
- Partner with leadership to define product-related OKRs, driving SafeBase towards unprecedented growth.

Key Experience We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of product management experience building and growing products at scale.
- At least 4 years of proven leadership, managing and growing a strong PM team with senior level PM leaders.
- B2B SaaS experience, cybersecurity/compliance a plus.
- You have proven experience building, launching, and scaling products in 50 to 500 people organizations.
- You're a strategic product thinker with a track record of identifying new opportunities in a changing technical and market landscape.
- You're a strong communicator with an ability to influence; you're able to create clarity and drive focus in complex and dynamic contexts.
