We are looking for a Physiatrist | Physical Medicine and Rehab (PM&R) Physician to join our well-established group at a Post-acute Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN. We are seeking a compassionate provider to be our go-to person for ensuring the best patient care possible. This opportunity is part time or full time, working in a post-acute hospital with higher acuity patients including rehab s/p neuro, trachs, vents, and wound care patients. Rotational schedule with another provider covering 7 on 7 off (or a combination of days split with other providers). Shifts ranging from 5-8 hours (dependent on efficiency). This position offers excellent work-life balance with flexible starting and ending times in lieu of a 12-hour shift requirement. As census ramps, you will have APP support and a scribe to assist with documentation as well as partnership track opportunity. Additionally, we offer a very robust hourly compensation and benefit package. You will experience one of the most collegiate groups of people you will ever work with. Great opportunity for off week rotation. The physician is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients in a patient-centered, compassionate environment as a part of a cohesive interdisciplinary clinical team.
Requirements:
- Valid Medical license in IN
- MD | DO BCBE in Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician (PM&R) | Physiatry
- Valid DEA license
- Possess or eligible for Controlled Substance Certificate
