ERM Libryo Program Director directs, prioritises and coordinates the response to client requests for adjacent use cases of the ERM Libryo platform in order to maximise revenue opportunities, be highly responsive and balance the multiple demands on the ERM Libryo content production, product, technology and customer success teams.
This position involves the oversight and management of often competing elements of the business:
- ERM Libryo receives frequent client requests which are edge cases to the standard use case for the Libryo platform, these each require sophisticated analysis to understand how ERM and Libryo can respond to deliver revenue, continue to build the data asset, and exploit new features across the tech stack. A project team needs to be formed each time to deliver on the opportunity.
- These project needs often interrupt the existing work in progress for the technology, product, content production and customer success teams. These conflicts need to be managed collaboratively while staying within the mission and business plan.
- There is particular focus on ensuring the rapid commercialisation of ERM Libryo’s R&D in NLP and machine learning into the Libryo AI (API). It is envisaged that a Project Management Office will be required to deliver on these objectives and this Program Director role will be tasked with establishing this PMO under the direction of the Head of Product.
