Job requires five days a week on-site in NYC
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive salary ranging from $235,000 to $365,000, commensurate with experience.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of prior work experience in patent litigation, ideally managing Hatch-Waxman or biotherapeutics cases in District Court or before the PTAB, with experience in litigating and managing therapeutics cases (biologic or chemical).
- Strong research, writing, and analytic skills.
- The ability to manage and mentor more junior associates.
- Strong management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and creatively, as well as part of a team.
- A technical life science undergraduate and/or graduate degree is preferred.
- Must be currently licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) of application.
