We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven person with great leadership skills to install our Spyder systems nationwide. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s developing a novel and highly-innovative robotic system for cultivation. You should be a team player with a knack for creative approaches and fast-paced growth as well as a high sense of customer satisfaction.

We have the following expectations for this role:

Responsibilities

Coordinate all installations of Spyder systems in Northern America
Perform Spyder installations and maintenance visits
Interact with customers onsite
Build and lead an installation team as our operation grows
Work closely with customers and our sales and support teams

Requirements

High School or higher degree
7+ years of professional experience in onsite hardware installations
Experience growing and leading a team
Experience communicating and interacting with customers and ensuring high customer satisfaction
Construction or maker skills are a huge plus
Must be willing to travel
