This senior leadership role demands strong expertise in end-to-end systems solutioning, particularly in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) space. The primary focus is on building and nurturing relationships with key accounts, including Fortune 100 companies, by providing expert technical insights and innovative solutions. Focus:

- Lead and develop a team of HPC Engineers, Solution Architects, and Support staff, fostering growth and innovation.
- Maintain accurate forecasts to support efficient product delivery and meet contractual obligations.
- Exercise prudent budget management and oversee inventory levels to support operational efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, leveraging data, channel insights, and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with senior management and executives to refine business strategies, including considerations for new product launches.
- Conduct regular visits to customer sites, including major operations, to strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Represent the global brand as an industry thought-leader, evangelizing the products and services at industry tradeshows, conferences, and in other professional capacities
Skill Set:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a solution architect in the HPC industry.
- Mastery of technologies spanning Nvidia, AMD, Supermicro, Gigabyte, and Asus platforms.
- Expertise in AI, operating systems, Linux and clustering, application software integration, storage, networking, and fabric.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven ability to strategize and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency in conducting analyses and forecasts to inform business strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the capability to develop innovative business strategies based on market trends and competitive analysis.
- Ability to diagnose issues and present clear, actionable solutions to a diverse range of stakeholders.
