Responsibilities: The Collision Center General Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our collision repair center.
Your key responsibilities include: - Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the team and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective operation of the collision center and maintain high-quality repair standards.
- Customer Satisfaction: Uphold a customer-centric approach and ensure exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the repair process.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to excel in their roles. Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgetary aspects of the collision center and optimize financial performance.
Qualifications - Collision Center General Manager:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a collision repair center or automotive industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the automotive repair industry
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive repair process.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Results-driven with a passion for achieving success.
- Proficient in industry specific software and tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
