Our Service Department is seeking Accelerated / Quick Lube Technicians to inspect and lubricate vehicles quickly, thoroughly and efficiently. Responsibilities - Accelerated/Quick Lube Technician:
- Inspect and lubricate vehicles quickly, thoroughly and effectively.
- Inspect fluid levels in steering gears, power steering reservoirs, transmissions, differentials, rear axle housings and shackles
- Drain and replace oil and air filters and lubricate moving parts
- Add water to radiator and battery
- Service universal joints, grease fittings, and steering knuckles using hand or compressed-air powered grease guns
- Check tire pressure and add air if necessary
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, safety standards and codes of conduct
Qualifications - Accelerated/Quick Lube Technician:
- Familiar with automotive repair/maintenance and/or trade school
- Prior experience as an automotive technician's helper or apprentice preferred
- Must have a valid driver license and a good driving record
- A positive attitude, good work ethic and attention to detail
- Good customer service and communications skills
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and information
- Must pass pre-employment background check, DMV and drug screen.
