Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for multiple entities, which includes:
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Prepare and post required journal entries
- Review & reconcile all balance sheet accounts
- Prepare summary of significant events and budget variances
- Prepare supporting documentation for financial statements including balance sheet schedules and other reconciliations
- Work closely with independent auditors during annual financial statement audit, preparing schedules and invoices, providing explanations of supporting materials and procedures, and preparing any other necessary data
Posting of accounts to the General Ledger for:
- Accounts Receivable
- Cash Receipts
- Accounts Payable
- Cash Disbursements
- Payroll
Maintain records of all financial documents with appropriate supporting material; update records as necessary
Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, schools, and others in a courteous and professional manner
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions
Provide support such as schedules, data, information, etc. for the annual budget process

Skills Required:

Bank Reconciliations (2 years of experience required)
Journal Entries (2 years of experience preferred)
Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA)
General Ledger (2 years of experience required)
General Accounting and Finance Skills (2 years of experience required)
