Non-exempt full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm with a 1-hour lunch.

Qualifications:

Job Functions:

Prepare monthly general ledger account reconciliations for month-end close
Cash management – reconcile cash daily, weekly and monthly for multiple accounts
Export data, code, and enter to correct divisions, jobs and G/L accounts
Assist controller with monthly reconciliation of fleet management/leases
Union Dues – prepare monthly reconciliation to GL accounts of all union payments and process payments.
Assist with month end close, preparing monthly journal entries and reconciliations
Maintain depreciation schedules and reconcile to GL
Assist with collections of A/R of service, review billings/payments for construction jobs and review retainages
Assist with accounts payable invoice entry in Timberscan
Complete AIA billings, lien waivers, change orders, getting COI’s, and other tasks as requested
Support management by generating reports
Contribute to establishing a streamlined process for analyzing jobs
Assist President, Controller, and HR Manager with ad-hoc projects as needed
Assist Controller with year-end audit.
Ensure documentation of accounting processes and procedures and updated as needed
