Description of Job Duties

1. Review Student Organization purchase orders, check requests, expense reports and petty cash receipts to ensure that they meet budget restrictions and are filled out correctly.

2. Provide account information on the Student Activities Fund as a whole and the various Student Organizations.

3. Create and maintain Excel documents of Student Organization budgets.

4. Maintain system processes for general budget and percent-based budget organizations

5. Serve on the Finance Committee

6. Attend Finance Committee meetings and lead Budget Hearings.

7. Mentor, train and collaborate with other comptroller (if applicable)

8. Respond to comptroller emails within 24 hours 9. Hold at least ten office hours a week.

Job Qualifications

Minimum:
• Must be currently enrolled as a North Central College student.
• Attained at least Sophomore standing, or will be a Sophomore in the next term.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Organized, and able to stay on task and meet deadlines.
• Intermediate skill using Excel.

Preferred:
• Completion of ACC 201 and ACC 202
