Divisional Manager, Neogard (Remote/Eastern Division)

Neogard, A part of Hempel manufactures high-performance coatings specified and used for structures across the globe for over 60 years. Neogard’s coating systems protect the building envelope through vehicular and pedestrian traffic coatings, protective roof coatings, seamless flooring and elastomeric wall coatings.

You can find Neogard coatings in Major Stadiums and Arenas, Office Buildings, Universities, Hospitals, Hotels and Casinos, Airports and Hangars, Government Facilities, Manufacturing Plants and more.

Our Sales Manager will provide coaching, sales training, direction and leadership to the assigned team of Junior, Key and Senior Key Account Managers within the Neogard Eastern Division. They will create alignment and accountability within the division and geography that encompasses the overall segment strategy to ensure success in reaching divisional sales targets down to the specific territory and target product.

Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:

Responsible for control of the divisional specific action plans, short and long term strategies for the corresponding key account managers.
Revenue and Gross Margin objective within the assigned Division.
Development of territory specific plans in conjunction with Key Account Managers to add new and grow existing customers revenue to meet overall growth objective.
Evaluation of Direct Reports, CRM usage and Key Account Manager project tracking.
Develop product sales and training in conjunction with Product Segment Managers.
Develop, implementation, and control budgets, estimates, and forecasts within your assigned Division.
Work closely with Civil Segment Manager to allocate available resources in order to achieve goals.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or minimum 5 years of equivalent work experience.
Strong computer skills.
10+ years of sales management experience.
CRM experience.
Demonstrated sales background in construction coatings including knowledge of polymeric technologies.
Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills within all levels of the organization.
Experience meeting operational business goals and strategizing on market development.
Considerable experience in client management, win strategies and bid preparation.
Must have a proven track record of successful bid wins of complex projects in the construction market.
Located on the East Coast with the willingness to travel extensively.
