Position Summary

We are seeking an Associate HR Consultant to join our Operations team supporting the Classification and Compensation efforts. This para-professional role offers the opportunity to grow into a full HR Consultant position and is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills in human resources. The Associate HR Consultant will assist in a variety of HR projects, with a primary focus on classification and compensation studies, data collection, and internal tool development to improve efficiency.

Travel Requirements

This role may require occasional travel, estimated to be 0-5%, to attend client meetings, project consultations, and team collaboration sessions.

Typical Job Functions

Provide project management support for classification and compensation studies.
Conduct market research, benefits analysis, and job matching to assist compensation studies.
Compile and analyze data to prepare reports and recommendations.
Develop and maintain internal tools to support data analysis and project management.
Collaborate with senior consultants and participate in team meetings.
Assist in administrative and financial tasks, including project billing and budget tracking.

Desirable Qualifications

Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
Experience in technology solutions and data management systems.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
A team player with adaptability, integrity, and customer focus.

Education and Experience

Any combination of experience and education that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and abilities would be:

Education

Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in relevant field. For non-client-facing positions, additional experience on a year for year basis may be allowed as a substitute for the education requirement for this position.

Experience

One year of relevant experience performing work as related to the assignment/duties outlined above.
