The Staff Accountant is a results-oriented Accounting and Finance role that reports directly to the Accounting Manager, working closely with Operations and Sales to improve profitability and cash-flow.

Responsibilities:

Assist with month-end close for one or more operations.
Maintain accurate and efficient filing of financial archive files and data.
Ensure required department reports are completed and information is compiled at month-end closing.
Complete assigned objectives to achieve financial services goals.
Process payroll, and assist with the accounts receivable process.
Ensure all payroll information is accurate and submitted on a timely basis.
Ensure all sales reports and financial statements are accurate prior to distribution.
Clearly communicate financial results to management on a regular basis.
Provide accurate and targeted financial analysis as requested.
Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1+ years in a Finance/Accounting role.
Operational experience in food and beverage is preferred.
Accounting / Finance Degree preferred.
High level of computer literacy with proficiency in Excel.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
