Staff Development Coordinator - RN/LPN License Required

We are looking for a Staff Development Coordinator. Our environment is beautiful, the work is meaningful, and our team is collaborative!

In this position, you would provide general orientation, Annual Inservice, and ongoing education to all staff. As a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse, you would also provide clinical support and training to the nursing staff in Healthcare, Assisted Living, and the Clinic. The position also collaborates with all departments to identify training needs and design and coordinate training programs. Compensation Range based on experience - $72,530 - $90,000

Minimum Qualifications:

Licensed to practice as a Nurse in Virginia (LPN) but RN preferred.
Previous work experience within a Skilled Nursing Facility or Continuing Care Retirement Community.
Academic and/or professional experience pertaining to adult education in the workplace.
Strong computer skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable speaking in front of large groups.
