What You’ll Do:

Maintain a caseload of 20+ clients per week (Full-Time)
Develop detailed client documentation and treatment plans
Use DSM-V or ICD-11 to create accurate diagnoses
Provide Telehealth therapy through our HIPAA-compliant platform (SimplePractice)
Offer culturally sensitive, evidence-based interventions
Participate in weekly supervision and monthly staff meetings
Deliver care with empathy and respect for all clients, regardless of background or identity
Provide and receive respectful, constructive feedback

Qualifications:

Active Washington State associate license (LMHCA, LMFTA, or LSWAIC)
Familiarity with DSM-V or ICD-11
Experience working with diverse client populations
Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems
EMDR experience is a plus, but not required

Pay:

$34.00 - $43.00 per hour

Location:

Hybrid remote position based in Kirkland, WA 98033 (3 days in-office required)
