Job Summary
Williston Basin Eyecare Associates is a full service Optometric Practice whose mission is to provide quality eyecare as well as both prescription and non-prescription eyewear. The Clinic Manager will play a key role in ensuring that the Clinic runs efficiently, and will oversee the business functions of the practice, guiding both the patient experience and staff performance.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
- Leadership and support of staff, including interviewing, hiring and performance management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of practice within the clinic.

- Address patient concerns and feedback promptly to ensure a positive experience at the clinic.
- Implement fiscal management strategies to maintain budgetary goals and control costs.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in patient care and office procedures.
- Create and maintain positive relationships with partners/vendors

-Review/manage contracts annually

-Some crossover with facility management as well as IT management

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or other related field (appropriate experience may replace)
- 5 years experience in a managerial role (within a healthcare environment preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising clinical staff.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.
