About the Role:

We are seeking a Professional Tax Preparer to join our team at Jackson Hewitt in Westminster, CO. As a tax preparer, you will play a vital role in helping individuals and businesses file their taxes accurately and efficiently. Full and part-time available. Responsibilities:

Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and small businesses
Review financial documents and ensure accuracy of information
Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and answer tax-related questions

Requirements:

Previous experience as a tax preparer or similar role. Preferably with a Jackson Hewitt, H&R Block, or independent tax preparation service.
Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and customer service skills
CPA or Enrolled Agent certification is a plus
