Job Description:

The ideal Salesperson is passionate about helping others look and feel their best, enjoys having empowering conversations with guests, and thrives in a sales environment.

This is NOT a receptionist's job. It’s a professional sales career.

A Day in the Life:

We answer all phones and take reservations offsite, so you can spend more time in our club conversing with guests.
You’re educating our guests on the benefits of joining our membership-based men’s grooming club.
You love the challenge of meeting retail and membership sales quotas.
You’re playing bartender, offering our guests beverage selections at our complimentary top-shelf bar.
You’re completing all of our extensive sales and personal development training programs to be your best.

Minimum Requirements:

I’m “extroverted.”
I love starting up a fun conversation.
I have lots of energy.
I’m passionate about sales.
I love showing up looking my best.

Compensation:

In addition to great benefits, experienced full-time Sales Concierges with track records of success can earn up to $15/hour starting pay, plus commissions. Less experienced and/or part-time candidates should still apply and will still receive competitive hourly pay and growth!
