Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing mental wellness concerns, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities:

Perform intake/diagnostic assessments
Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans
Perform regular wellness checks
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications:

Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
Licensed as a LMSW, LMFT, LCSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC
Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
