$3,000 Sign On Bonus

McRory Pediatric Services is looking for 2 full-time, dynamic, creative and committed Physical Therapists to join our interdisciplinary therapy team at our Tarzana and Valencia clinics. Will consider strong PTA. Position entails a flexible work schedule, providing individual services to children ages birth to 18 years of age with varying disabilities.

Duties:

Administer evaluation and assessments
Develop treatment plans
Provide 1:1 treatment in clinic or in program as assigned
Provide parent education and training
Collaborate with other disciplines as needed/requested to ensure quality of care
Conduct assessments (initial, on-going, and discharge) in conjunction with appropriate team members

Minimum Requirements:

Must have California Physical Therapy license.
Previous pediatric treatment experience is a plus.
Proof of immunization records and TB required.
CPR certification is preferred.

Desirable candidates: Must have a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well as part of a team, strong written and verbal communication skills. Multilingual is a plus.

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 annual salary plus bi-weekly generous bonus opportunities.
