Key experiences and skills required:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-3 years of related customer/time service experience.
Insurance and/or Premium Audit Industry experience preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office/Microsoft Outlook required.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment free from outside distraction/interruption.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Communicate with leadership team frequently to ensure administrative requirements are met.
Review management reports and audit software daily to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
Ensure team members are meeting company goals. Support leadership with any needs they may have.
