Experienced Jewelry Sales Consultant (Full-time, On-Site, Sundays off)

Compensation: $42,000 - $85,000+ (Compensation based on experience. Potential earnings could exceed the maximum listed amount based on performance.)

Responsibilities:

Provide a fun and memorable experience for clients each time they visit.
Assist in preserving heirloom pieces.
Cultivate personalized relationships and repeat business with current and potential clients through individual clienteling efforts.
Strive for personal sales goals and assist fellow team members in achieving store-wide goals.
Exhibit a team-oriented spirit and assist with daily store duties.
Continuous learning that expands your knowledge of gemstones, watches, product lines, trends, and in-store offerings.

Qualifications:

Appreciate the craftsmanship of fine jewelry/watches.
Ability to speak eloquently about the features and benefits of items.
Professional, competent, and dependable.
Previous experience in Professional sales and managing client books preferred.
Strong communication and relational skills.
Extremely well organized with excellent attention to detail.
Be comfortable reaching out to customers to make follow-up connections and/or recommendations when new items arrive in-store.
Prior experience with fine jewelry is a plus (selling, appraising).
