We are looking for a team member to join our team for a full-time, 40 hour per week position with Summit County Public Health that typically works Monday through Friday 8:30-5pm, after-hour and weekend events are expected occasionally. This is not a remote nursing position.

Public Health nurses are responsible for ensuring the provision of public health programs and services in a professional, coordinated, and collaborative manner. The position assists in promoting the health and well-being of communities, families, and individuals in Summit County. The position uses a population-based approach to intervene with the community, systems, and individuals.

B.S. in Nursing is required.
Two years of experience in community or public health work preferred
Spanish language fluency is a plus!
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado
Valid BLS and CPR
Current Immunization History and TB testing/screening per protocol
Reliable transportation and vehicle insurance.
Valid Colorado Driver's License at time of appointment and throughout employment.
