Requirements:

2+ years of Recruiting & Business Development experience required
Comfortable being on the phone screening qualified candidates & prospecting for new clients.
Self-motivated, self-starter
Ability to pick up the phone every day
Passionate about being the best at what you do

Recruiter's Responsibilities:

Sourcing for qualified candidates and building talent pipelines within accounting and finance.
Prospecting and hunting for new business/clients
Conducting phone screenings, analyzing responses, verifying references, and validating candidate qualifications to meet our client's requirements and culture.
Under our guidance, develop and execute a specific recruiting strategy to uncover the most qualified candidates for our clients.
