Candidates should possess a strong business acumen, personal integrity, exceptional people skills, and a passion for improving business processes and controls. They must also have the initiative and flexibility to work in a fast-paced business environment. A bachelor’s degree in business (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university is required. An emphasis in accounting and auditing is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Update and execute a risk-based audit plan approved by the Audit Committee.
Implement and execute audit policies, programs, and procedures to efficiently and effectively ensure that audit objectives are met, that documentation adequately supports findings, and that recommendations are clearly communicated.
Develop practical, effective process improvement actions for implementation by management.
Administer an effective follow-up process to ensure corrective actions and process improvements have been implemented in a timely manner.
Meet quarterly with the Audit Committee and plan, coordinate, and organize Committee information, guests, and minutes.
Act as administrator for the company’s CSI Secure Connect portal.
Maintain the company’s record retention database.
Aid and coordinate evaluations of the company’s external auditors.
