COLLECTION ASSISTANT

MAIN FUNCTION: Responsible for assisting the Collections Officer in ensuring regular collections.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare reports, demand letters, and collection letters to past due borrowers under the review of the collection officer;
Send reminders through SMS messaging or phone calls to borrowers one week prior to due date;
Make necessary reports, typing, and encoding of information related to collection;
Assist in the preparation of Sales Contract Agreements and its necessary requirement terms of payments and turn-outs;
In the absence of the collection Officer, manage the collections of big clients, as well as handle the daily collections of commercial loan clients;
Attend to other matters as may be assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

Pay: Php14,600.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
