This position will work directly with the Controller on all areas of financial reporting and budgeting focusing on P&L Analysis on general ledger, balance Sheet Reconciliation, accruals, deferrals, and account analysis. Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

Assisting with month-end close
Balance Sheet Reconciliation
P&L Analysis
Reviewing invoices, payment and purchase orders
Understanding the flow between systems (Service Titan and Intacct)
Creating and/or improving existing processes, procedures and controls
Working with accounting team and operations
Inventory Management
Sending reports to managers weekly
Calling and collecting outstanding payments from customers
Reviewing paperwork for financed customers
Annual Audit Support

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

Bachelor’s in accounting or Business
2+ years core accounting experience, including month end close, solid GAAP, account reconciliations
Strong system savvy, including Excel proficiency and ERP experience (Sage Intaact a plus)
Attention to detail
Solid analytical & problem-solving skills
Strong ethics and ability to keep information confidential
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
