Career Opportunity with FCE Benefits Administrators

Due to our continuing and steady growth, we are seeking an additional person to be part of our dynamic Premium Reconciliation department.

Responsibilities:

Assist with monthly financial close activities including
Preparing and reviewing of month-end reports
Bank Reconciliations
Process contribution reports received from client companies
Enter new and revised enrollments and requests
Attach coverage information for medical, dental, vision, life, employee assistance programs, DUB, and disability plans to the employee/dependent records as required
Communicate extensively by phone, email, and letter with client companies and covered members
Review and examine data as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
Detail-oriented with exceptional accounting, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to prepare and analyze data and prioritize work effectively
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in various forms
Ability to solve practical problems
Strong interpersonal/communication skills, both written and oral
Must be able to handle multiple priorities in an ever-changing environment
