About The Role

As a Staff Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in our finance team, taking charge of all aspects of Accounts Payable and serving as the backup to our Accounting Specialist and Project Accountant. Working closely with our CFO and other accounting staff, you'll be responsible for performing period-end closings, financial reporting activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Your contribution will be integral to maintaining our company's financial health.

Requirements

Minimum of a two-year degree in accounting or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
Ability to utilize computer systems effectively for work management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to establish work priorities and work independently.
Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States and be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
